Privacy Policy

This policy covers the powerstacklabs.io website and explains the approach PowerStack Labs takes to personal data across the apps and games it publishes. PowerStack Labs is operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"), an independent developer. Contact: support@powerstacklabs.io.
Each app has its own privacy policy. Apps differ in what they collect, so the policy that governs your use of a specific app is the one linked from that app's page and from its store listing. This document governs the website, and sets out the rules every one of our apps follows. Where the two differ, the app's own policy applies to that app.
1. The website
This site is a set of static pages. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking of any kind on it, and there is nothing to log in to. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — to serve pages and protect against abuse. See the Vercel privacy policy.
If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of the outcome.
2. Our apps
These rules apply to everything we publish:
- We collect the minimum data an app needs to function, and we say what that is in the app's own policy and in its store data disclosures.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not build apps directed at children.
- Every app offers a way to delete your account and its data, both inside the app and by email.
- Data is encrypted in transit.

3. Advertising, analytics and attribution
Some of our future apps and games — particularly free casual games — are expected to be supported by advertising and to use measurement tools. Where an app does this, its own privacy policy names every provider in use, and that app's store listing declares it. An app that is not listed as using these in the table above does not use them at all.
The categories of provider we expect to work with are:
- Advertising networks — services that select and deliver the ads shown inside an app, and measure whether they were seen or clicked. Examples of providers in this category are Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and AppLovin.
- Analytics — services that report how an app is used in aggregate, such as which screens are opened and where people stop playing, so we can fix and improve it. Examples are Google Firebase and GameAnalytics.
- Attribution and measurement — services that tell us which marketing campaign an install came from, so we know where to spend. An example is Adjust.
These providers may process a device advertising identifier, a device or installation identifier, IP address, coarse location derived from that IP address, device model and operating system version, and records of the ads and app events associated with that device. Some act as independent controllers of that data under their own policies.
Your choices
- On iOS, apps must ask permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking. If you decline, the identifier is not available to us or our partners. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.
- In the EEA and UK, apps that show ads present a consent prompt before any personalised advertising takes place. You can decline and still use the app; you will see non-personalised ads instead.
4. Legal basis (UK/EU users)
We process data on the basis of contract where it is needed to provide an app you have chosen to use, legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention and basic diagnostics, and consent for personalised advertising and any optional tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time through the choices described above.
5. Your rights
Subject to your local law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Email support@powerstacklabs.io and we will respond within 30 days. UK and EU users may also complain to their local data protection authority.
Because several of our apps are used anonymously, we may need identifying information from inside the app — such as a username — before we can locate your data.
6. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, email us and we will delete it.
7. International transfers
Our providers operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to production systems, and keep the data we hold to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an app are announced inside that app.
