PowerStack Puzzles
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy covers the PowerStack Puzzles games — as iOS apps and as the web version at play.powerstacklabs.io — and these support pages. The games are published by PowerStack Labs, operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"). Contact: support@powerstacklabs.io. Our company-wide policy is at powerstacklabs.io/privacy; where the two differ, this one governs the PowerStack Puzzles games.
The short version. The games have no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no purchases and no server of ours. Your progress is stored only on your own device and we never receive it.
1. What we collect
We collect nothing. The games ask for no name, email or phone number, and send us no data about you or how you play.
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress Stars, best results, coins, unlocked levels, daily puzzle results, per-level play counts and times, and sound and music settings. |
On your device only — the app's local storage, or your browser's local storage for the web version. | So your progress survives closing the game. |
Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, deletes all of it. Because none of it is ever sent to us, there is nothing on our side to request or delete.
2. Who else is involved
- Apple distributes the iOS apps and collects its own data under Apple's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the web version at play.powerstacklabs.io and processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) supplies the typeface for the web version, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address. The iOS apps do not do this. See Google Fonts privacy.
- Vercel hosts these support pages and processes standard server request logs. See the Vercel privacy policy.
We do not sell or share personal information, and the games contain no advertising, analytics or tracking.
3. Legal basis (UK/EU users)
The only processing is storing your progress on your own device, under legitimate interests — a puzzle game that forgets which levels you solved is not a working game. No cookies are set.
4. Your rights
- Delete everything. Uninstall the app or clear the site's data in your browser. We hold no copy.
- Access a copy. We have nothing to send you, because we receive nothing.
- Object or complain. UK/EU users may complain to their local data protection authority.
We answer requests within 30 days.
5. Children
The games are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 — or from anyone at all, since the games send us nothing.
6. Security
Your progress never leaves your device. The web version and these pages are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Changes
If we change this policy materially — for example if a game ever adds ads or purchases — we will update it and the date above before that version is released.
