Heli Dash
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
This policy explains what Heli Dash collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Heli Dash mobile game and these support pages. Heli Dash is published by PowerStack Labs, operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"). Contact: support@powerstacklabs.io. Our company-wide policy is at powerstacklabs.io/privacy; where the two differ, this one governs Heli Dash.
The short version. Heli Dash has no accounts, no login, and no server of ours. Your best distance, your scrap and your settings are stored only on your own device — we never receive them. The one thing that does leave your phone is advertising data: the game shows ads, and the ad networks that serve them receive your device's advertising identifier. You can turn personalised advertising off and still play every part of the game — see section 3.
1. What we collect
We collect nothing directly. Heli Dash has no sign-up, asks for no name, email or phone number, and sends us no data about you. There is no PowerStack Labs server behind the game.
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress Best distance, scrap balance, upgrade levels, sound setting, and whether you have bought Remove Ads. |
On your device only, in the operating system's standard app storage. | So your progress survives closing the game. |
| Advertising identifier IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android. |
Sent to our ad partners, never to us. | To select and measure ads. See section 3. |
| Device and connection data IP address and the coarse region derived from it, device model, operating system version, and ad interaction events. |
Collected by our ad partners, never by us. | To serve ads, prevent ad fraud, and measure installs. |
Uninstalling the game deletes everything stored on your device. Because none of it is ever sent to us, there is nothing on our side to request or delete.
2. Who processes your data
- Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies, formerly ironSource) runs the ad mediation and serves ads. It receives your advertising identifier, IP address, and device information. See the Unity player privacy policy.
- Third-party ad networks bid to fill each ad slot through LevelPlay and receive the same advertising data. The set of networks changes over time; the current list is available from us on request at support@powerstacklabs.io.
- Apple and Google distribute the game, process any purchase you make, and collect their own data under Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. We never see your payment details — a purchase reaches us only as a confirmation that it happened.
- Vercel hosts these support pages and processes standard server request logs. See the Vercel privacy policy.
We never sell your personal information for money.
3. Advertising
Heli Dash is free, and advertising is what pays for it. Two kinds of ad appear:
- Rewarded video — a video you choose to watch in exchange for something in the game, such as continuing a run after you crash. Nothing plays unless you tap to start it, and declining costs you nothing but the reward.
- Interstitials — a full-screen ad shown between runs, never during one. They are paced, and never shown immediately after a rewarded video.
In some regions a small banner may also appear outside of gameplay.
Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay, which passes the request to whichever ad network bids highest. To do that, those networks receive your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and the coarse region derived from it, and your device model and operating system version. They act as independent controllers of that data. We never send them anything you do in the game beyond the fact that an ad was requested and shown.
Turning it off
- iOS. We ask permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. Declining changes nothing about how the game plays. Change it any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android. Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, under Settings → Google → Ads.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland. A consent form appears before any ad is requested. Decline it and you still get the whole game, with non-personalised ads.
- Remove Ads. A one-time purchase in the main menu removes interstitials and banners permanently. Rewarded video stays available, because it is optional and gives you something in return — but you never have to watch one.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity is treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state privacy laws; the device controls above are how you opt out.
4. Legal basis (UK/EU users)
We process almost nothing, and what little the game stores is kept on your own device under legitimate interests — a game that forgets your best score is not a working game.
Personalised advertising runs on consent, collected through the form described in section 3. You can withdraw it at any time through your device's advertising settings without losing access to anything.
5. Your rights
- Delete everything. Uninstall the game. All stored progress is on your device and goes with it. We hold no copy.
- Access a copy. We have nothing to send you, because we receive nothing. For data held by our ad partners, contact them directly using the links in section 2.
- Object or complain. UK/EU users may complain to their local data protection authority.
We answer requests within 30 days.
6. Children
Heli Dash is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to play, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child under 13 has been shown personalised advertising through the game, email us and we will act on it.
7. Security
Game data never leaves your device, so there is nothing of yours in transit to us to intercept. Traffic to our ad partners is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Our ad partners operate globally, so advertising data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Transfers rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above. Continuing to play Heli Dash after a change means you accept the new policy.
