These terms govern your use of the powerstacklabs.io website. The site is operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"), trading as PowerStack Labs. By using the site you accept these terms.
Apps have their own terms. Downloading or using one of our apps is governed by that app's own terms of service, not by this document. For Crowd Verdict, see its terms of service.
1. Use of the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own information. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
2. Intellectual property
The PowerStack Labs name, our app names and logos, the design of this site and its written content belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here grants you a licence to use our trade marks. Product names belonging to other companies are used for identification only.
3. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Information about apps in development may change or be withdrawn without notice.
4. External links
Where we link to another site — an app store, a service provider's policy — we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights your local law gives you.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
