Crowd Verdict
Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and PowerStack Labs, operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"), the publisher of Crowd Verdict. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who can use Crowd Verdict
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm your age when you first open the app, and the app is listed as 18+ on both app stores. One account per person.
2. Crowd Verdict is not advice
Verdicts are strangers' opinions. Neither other users nor the AI Judge know you, your situation, or the facts beyond what you typed. Nothing in Crowd Verdict is legal, medical, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Do not use it to decide anything that matters — consult a qualified professional instead.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line rather than posting here.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app and its promotional material. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in moderation records.
You promise that what you post:
- is yours to post, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights;
- doesn't contain another person's private information — real names, addresses, workplaces, phone numbers, or photos;
- doesn't break the Community Guidelines.
4. Content from other people
Posts and judgments come from other users. We don't pre-screen them and we don't endorse them. Content can be wrong, offensive, or upsetting. Use the ⋯ button to report anything that breaks the rules, and block anyone you'd rather not see.
5. Credits
Credits are an in-app scoring mechanic. They are not money, not currency, and not property. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything, and we can adjust the economy or reset balances at any time. Credits lost to a bug, an outage, or account termination are not refundable — there's nothing to refund.
6. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- break the Community Guidelines;
- use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to farm credits or manipulate verdicts;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service;
- impersonate anyone, or file deliberately false reports;
- use Crowd Verdict to harass, dox, defame, or threaten anyone.
7. Moderation and termination
We may remove content, hide posts, suspend accounts, or terminate access — with or without notice — when the rules are broken or when we reasonably believe someone is being harmed. Content reported by several users is hidden automatically while it's reviewed. You can email us to appeal.
You may stop using Crowd Verdict at any time by deleting your account in the app.
8. The AI Judge
Some judgments are written by an AI and labelled AI JUDGE. AI output can be wrong, biased, or nonsensical. It is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a human before it appears. Report AI judgments that break the rules the same way you'd report anyone else's.
9. No warranty
Crowd Verdict is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost credits, or harm arising from content posted by users. Our total liability to you is limited to £50 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights your local law gives you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and you'll be asked to re-accept. Continuing to use Crowd Verdict means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
