Delete your account

You can delete your Crowd Verdict account and everything in it. There are two ways to do it, and both are permanent.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
- Open Crowd Verdict.
- Tap Me in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.
Option 2 — By email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't get in, email support@powerstacklabs.io with the subject Account deletion request.
Crowd Verdict accounts are anonymous — we don't hold your email address, so we can't
look you up by it. To let us find your account, include your
username (it looks like judge_4f2a1c9b and is
shown on the Me tab), or the title of a post you wrote.
We complete email requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its anonymous identifier
- Your username
- Every question you posted
- Every judgment you wrote, and the verdicts you cast
- Your credit balance and full credit history
- Your block list
- Any open reports you filed
What we keep, and why
Reports you filed that we already acted on are kept without your identifier attached. If deleting an account erased the reports made from it, anyone could file abuse, get content removed or restored, and then destroy the record by deleting their account. Stripping the identifier keeps the decision auditable without keeping you attached to it.
Server backups roll off on a 30-day cycle, so deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before ageing out permanently.
There is no undo, and no recovery. Crowd Verdict accounts have no email or password attached, so there is no way for us to restore an account after deletion or prove that a deleted account was yours. If you just want a break, uninstalling the app leaves your account intact.
