Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and PowerStack Labs, operated by Gökhan Aksoy ("we", "us"), the publisher of the PowerStack Puzzles games, as iOS apps and on the web at play.powerstacklabs.io. By playing you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't play.
1. Who can play
The games are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the games, except where the law says you can regardless of this clause.
3. Coins and hints
Coins are earned only by playing and are spent on hints. They cannot be bought, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear your browser's data.
4. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud save, so it does not transfer between devices or browsers and does not survive uninstalling or clearing site data. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue any of the games at any time, including the levels, the rules and how hints work. We may also stop distributing a game entirely.
6. No warranty
The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to £50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights your local law gives you.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
