This Privacy Policy explains how Linovi Bilişim A.Ş. ("Linovi," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at Gülbahçe Mah. Gülbahçe Cad. İyte Teknopark İzmir A9 Binası No:1/44/30 Urla/İzmir, Turkey, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, "Services").

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, username, and password (stored in hashed form). Some apps may ask for additional profile information such as a profile picture or display name.
Communications: If you contact us for support or through a contact form, we collect the content of your messages and your contact details.
User-generated content: Content you create, upload, or share within our Services.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: How you interact with our Services, including features used, screens visited, actions taken, and session duration.
Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and app version.
Log data: IP address, timestamps, crash reports, and error logs. This data is used solely for debugging and service improvement.
Advertising identifiers: With your permission (or as permitted under applicable platform rules), we may collect advertising identifiers such as Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or Google's Advertising ID (GAID) to deliver and measure the effectiveness of ads shown within our apps. You can reset or opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings.
Analytics data: Aggregate behavioral data collected via third-party analytics tools to understand how users engage with our Services.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

If you sign in using a third-party service (such as "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google"), we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from that provider, subject to your authorization.
Advertising partners may share aggregate data about ad performance. We do not receive personally identifiable information from ad networks beyond what is described in this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each grounded in a legal basis:

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We work with trusted third parties who process data on our behalf, such as cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, crash reporting tools, and payment processors. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Advertising networks: We may share advertising identifiers and limited usage data with advertising partners to serve and measure ads. These partners operate under their own privacy policies.
Platform operators: Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process certain data in connection with app distribution and purchases, under their respective privacy policies.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Our applications may integrate the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Firebase (Google): Analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), authentication, and cloud database. Firebase Privacy

OpenAI / other AI providers: Some of our AI-powered features send user inputs to AI API providers for processing. We do not send personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary and clearly disclosed within the relevant app.

We periodically review third-party partners to ensure they maintain appropriate data protection standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 1 year after deletion, for legal and fraud prevention purposes.
Crash and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
Support correspondence is retained for up to 3 years.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected unauthorized access to us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated in Turkey. If you access our Services from outside Turkey, your data may be transferred to and processed in Turkey or other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and European Economic Area). We ensure such transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including through standard contractual clauses where required.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, maintain sessions, and gather analytics data. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies but may use equivalent device-level identifiers as described in Section 2.2.

10. Push Notifications

Our apps may request permission to send you push notifications. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. We use push notifications to send account-related alerts, reminders, and, where you have consented, promotional messages.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at info@linovi.com and we will delete that information promptly.

Specific apps that are designed for or include content suitable for children will prominently disclose their data practices within the relevant app and will comply with applicable children's privacy laws (COPPA, etc.).

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Under Turkish law (KVKK No. 6698), you also have the right to apply to us as the data controller, learn whether your data is being processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

13. Opt-Out Options

Interest-based advertising: On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads.
Analytics tracking: Some of our apps include an in-app setting to opt out of analytics collection.
Marketing emails: Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our mailing list.
Push notifications: Manage via your device's notification settings for each app.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or via email. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
